Programme overview

For intended parents ready to move from embryos to a surrogate journey

This programme removes unnecessary IVF and donor stages when suitable embryos already exist. It starts with technical acceptance: how the embryos were created, whose genetic material was used, how they were tested, frozen and stored, and whether the receiving clinic can lawfully receive and transfer them.

What the programme covers

01

Embryo and document review

The receiving clinic reviews embryology, infectious-disease, consent, storage and genetic-testing records before accepting the programme.

  • Embryo creation and freezing report
  • Gamete-source and consent records
  • Storage confirmation
  • PGT report where applicable
02

International embryo transport

After acceptance, the sending and receiving clinics coordinate release, cryogenic transport, chain of custody and receipt.

  • Clinic-to-clinic documentation
  • Transport-provider coordination
  • Cryogenic shipment
  • Receipt and storage confirmation
03

Surrogate matching and FET

A screened surrogate is matched and medically prepared. The agreement states the included transfer attempts and the rematching route if a candidate cannot continue.

  • Candidate profile and matching
  • Agreement and preparation
  • Frozen embryo transfer
  • Pregnancy confirmation
04

Pregnancy, birth and documents

Following pregnancy confirmation, the programme coordinates monitoring, surrogate support, delivery planning and the applicable birth and post-birth records.

  • Pregnancy reporting
  • Delivery coordination
  • DNA and birth registration where required
  • Certified supporting records
Before acceptance

Eligibility, scope and payment stages are confirmed in writing.

Acceptance depends on embryo quality, records, genetic contribution, destination eligibility and the receiving clinic’s decision. The written proposal confirms the number of included transfers, storage period, shipment scope and variable third-party costs.

Programme questions

What intended parents usually ask

Can embryos from any country be shipped?

Shipment depends on the sending clinic, receiving clinic, records, export route and transport provider. The route is confirmed before acceptance.

What if the records are incomplete?

The receiving clinic identifies missing records and whether the sending clinic can provide an acceptable substitute.

Does this programme include new IVF?

The core programme is designed for existing embryos. New embryo creation can be added through another programme if required.
