Information we collect
When you use an enquiry or eligibility form, we may collect your name, contact details, age range, nationality, residence, intended passport country, family profile, biological-material and embryo information, programme interests, timing, budget range and any information you choose to include in your message.
Please do not submit full medical files, passport copies or highly sensitive records through the public website form. If they are needed, we will provide an appropriate private submission route.

Legal basis and your choice
We process information to take steps at your request before a possible service agreement, to perform an agreement where one exists, for legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, to meet legal obligations, and on the basis of consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future processing by contacting us, without affecting processing already lawfully completed.

Case information is shared with a provider only as necessary for the relevant stage and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
International transfers
International programme coordination may require information to be processed in the intended parent’s country, Georgia, Armenia or another country relevant to treatment, embryos, professional review or post-birth documents. We use reasonable contractual, organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and transfer.
Retention and security
Preliminary enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up and meet legal or operational requirements. If a programme begins, relevant records may be retained for the period required for medical, contractual, accounting and legal purposes. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
